In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. woc88 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the Player is found to be under the minimum age. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited in their entirety.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether the use of the woc88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. woc88 does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing woc88 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account with woc88. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. woc88 may suspend all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein without prior notice upon detecting duplicate account activity.
2.4 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes a valid Malaysian mobile number, which will serve as the primary account identifier. Players must notify woc88 promptly of any changes to their registered information. woc88 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 Account Verification. woc88 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing the first withdrawal or when a Player's account activity triggers a review. Required documents may include a copy of a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their woc88 login credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Any activity conducted through your woc88 Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. woc88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
3.3 Players must notify woc88 immediately via live support if they suspect that their account has been accessed without authorisation. woc88 may temporarily freeze an account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
3.4 Players must not allow any other person to use their woc88 Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. woc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: FPX online banking, DuitNow instant transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM10. woc88 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds from time to time.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to woc88 are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers. FPX bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) and four (4) business hours depending on the receiving bank. woc88 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times as these are partly dependent on the Player's payment provider.
4.5 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. Withdrawals may only be issued to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the woc88 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
4.6 Source of Funds. woc88 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into a Player's Account in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension and account review.
4.7 Deposit Errors. Players who make an erroneous deposit should contact woc88 support immediately. woc88 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds transferred to an incorrect beneficiary account outside of the woc88 Platform.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on the woc88 Platform are subject to specific terms that include, but are not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and wagering (rollover) requirements. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.2 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. If a Player requests a withdrawal prior to completing the required rollover, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited, and only the remaining Real Money balance (less any amount subject to rollover) will be processed.
5.3 woc88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not prejudice Players who have already activated a bonus in good faith.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. woc88 employs systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets across accounts or with third parties to reduce risk while fulfilling rollover requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled, and woc88 may withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
5.5 woc88 reserves the right at its absolute discretion to determine whether a Player's betting activity qualifies toward satisfying Wagering Requirements.
6.1 All bets placed on the woc88 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets prior to confirmation. woc88 will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances set out in these Terms or the applicable game-specific rules.
6.2 woc88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to: bets placed on events whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement, bets placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a system error, and bets placed on suspended or incorrectly offered markets.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, woc88 will investigate the incident and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding bets. woc88's determination in such circumstances is final.
6.4 Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per game session, and per rolling 24-hour period. Specific payout caps are published within each game or betting market. woc88 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of published limits regardless of the displayed balance.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the woc88 Platform:
Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content on the woc88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and database content — is the property of woc88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit Players to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 The woc88 name, logo, and related marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.
9.1 The woc88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, woc88 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 woc88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) a Player's use of or inability to access the Platform; (b) errors, interruptions, or delays in Platform operation; (c) loss of data or Account balance resulting from technical failures beyond woc88's reasonable control; or (d) any third-party conduct affecting the Platform.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit woc88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9.4 Players acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome of gaming activity. woc88 is not liable for financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
10.1 woc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) woc88 has reason to believe that the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player is found to be under the minimum age requirement; (c) the Player's account activity triggers a fraud, money laundering, or compliance alert; or (d) woc88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
10.2 Upon closure of an Account for cause, woc88 may retain any balance in the Account pending the outcome of any investigation. If an investigation confirms a material breach by the Player, woc88 may forfeit some or all of the retained balance.
10.3 Players may request voluntary closure of their woc88 Account at any time by contacting live support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any outstanding verification requirements are satisfied and any pending withdrawal requests are completed.
10.4 Players who have activated a self-exclusion period may not request account re-opening until the self-exclusion period has expired. woc88 will not reinstate a self-excluded account at the Player's request prior to the expiry of the elected exclusion period.
11.1 woc88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its Player base. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible within every Account, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Setting a deposit limit costs nothing and provides a structural safeguard against unintended overspending.
11.3 If a Player self-excludes, woc88 will make reasonable efforts to prevent that Player from accessing the Platform, including flagging the account, rejecting re-registration attempts from the same identifying information, and not sending promotional communications to the self-excluded Player during the exclusion period.

13.1 woc88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and woc88, the Player should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting woc88 customer support via the in-platform live chat facility. woc88 will endeavour to resolve all legitimate disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority. Details of the applicable licensing authority are available upon request through the woc88 support team.
14.4 woc88's decision in relation to all gaming outcomes, bonus determinations, and Account investigations is final, subject only to any applicable regulatory review process.
